I got a quote for $20 k and that included a credit of $1100 that I had already spent with that company for a repair. They were willing to give the credit because the repair only lasted 5 days.

In my experience, people have emotional attachment to property and want you to pay for their memories and shit. So my opinion would be

 

Or the other extreme. Those memories ain’t for sale at any price. That’s the situation where I’m living. These two lots have been in my family since before there was a town here. The vacant one used to be a saloon until it burned down. Now it’s just where the neighbors park all their cars (With permission). Several offers have been made but my niece won’t even consider them. Just like her mom and grandma before her.

I never use it... I can read a map and (mostly) remember the essentials.
