I have a 1999 Tacoma with 2.4 engine. Trying to pass California smog. OBD II says there are three monitors that are not working. They are:
    HTD catalyst
    SEC air system
    AC refrig mon
How do I get these to reset?
    Thanks!

Secondary Air and Refrigerant monitors aren't equipped on a 99.

Not sure if Heated Catalyst is or not but I think that one would be.

There's only 3 flags for OBD II monitors:

Complete: monitor has run and passed

Incomplete: monitor has not run or has run and failed (should be a pending code set if it's the latter).

Not Equipped or N/A: monitor is not available on the vehicle.

I guess I drove it enough or whatever that the monitors corrected themselves. Passed smog! Happy days!
    Thanks
