Shame on Toyota for even letting this happen. Market adjustments on top of price hikes in this time of economic issues this country is going through, they have totally lost my business forever. And these dealers robbing the public, I hope they get stuck with everyone of these overpriced trucks.

100K is just bonkers! I am seriously considering a F-250 Lariat at the same price point. Toyota has a terrible buying experience, coupled with the outrageous pricing and options, with the latest engine failures, shady lobbying, and manipulated safety and emissions data. I love my 2017 Tacoma, but wtf is happening with Toyota lately, man?

Given the exchange rate it’s actually same
Price or cheaper if markup is present

Over the years, greedy dealers have killed many cool, limited run vehicles. They put such a markup on them, almost no one would buy. The manufacturer saw low sales, and discontinued them.

    Greedy people suck.

Maybe in a couple years they will offer another LB option in the hybrid. The 6-ft bed is literally the only reason I would choose a Toyota over a Canyon or Ranger.

I wouldn't care if Toyota fell off the earth at this point.

They are losing longtime customers in my neck of the woods. Two sent to Nissan, another went to jeep, and other sent full size. All do to price

They became popular. They are not the affordable and reliable brand they started off as. They have market control on what they see as a profitable way to make money on a niche product line.

It’s the same thing that happened to Jeep and is happening to all car brands. Everyone has to see a rising profit year over year. It’s the new norm.

History is full of examples of manufacturers that peaked and then went downhill from there. Maybe what we are seeing is the decline of Toyota.

Neighbor up the street replaced his 2018ish Tundra with a Titan lol. It is a good looking truck and has a good V8 as well.
