    Hi all,

I just got a 2011 Tacoma TRD Off-road and got it registered today. I was driving around and had to turn around on a road and made a sharp left u turn. A couple of seconds into it I heard one large clunck sound. Does anyone know what can cause that?

Control arm bushings, Loose LCA bolts, and Ball joints is where I'd start.

If they did an alignment on it recently. I'd go straight for the LCA bolts.

If all that checks out, bent sway bar, worn sway bar bushings, or worn sway bar link. If it were me, my first suspicion is worn upper ball joints.

Luckily, whatever it is, all of the above are not overly-expensive fixes.
