An extra $45 for the bushing and seal installer and you'll have everything you need for the job.
If anything, you can always throw it on marketplace when you're done.

I personally have a tool addiction, so if there's ever a job that I run into that requires special tools, that's my excuse to buy tools lol

I got the whole kit and I’m glad I did. Old seal was fine, but I went ahead and replaced it anyways.

The install tool is worth the money.
It's built so that it installs everything at the correct depth.
You can't really screw it up. As the tool will bottom out on the differential stopping you yo from seating anything too far.

I kept my install tool just for installing axle seals.
(Plus it comes in handy for Kobuta spindle seals. As it fits them perfect too)

I bought both tools and then sold the kit for 10 dollars less than I paid once the job was done.
