Locking license plate screws and accent hardware. OEM Tail gate lock DIY.

Hi Everyone.

I just bought my first Tacoma. It's a new to me 3rd gen access cab TRD Sport. It has been scratched at work twice in the month i have had it. I must find the culprits!!!!
