2007 Tacoma Headlights and Grill are NOT sitting flush

I am using aftermarket headlights along with an aftermarket grill.
For some reason, the grill fits perfect on the drivers side but something is just off on my passenger side and I cannot for the life of me find out what it is.
I've confirmed that the grill is not the issue, as my original OEM grill sits very similar.

After sitting in the headlights exactly where they need to (all 4 screws for each headlight are in), the grill will not fit in all the way on my passenger side

It's important to Note that I did hit a small deer (woops) on this passenger side where things aren't aligning. But no major frame part is bent or anything. Notice how far the trim UNDER the passenger headlight sticks out! Seems to me that this headlight needs to be pushed to the outside more, But I pushed it AS FAR as it will go!
The fender flare on the same passenger side also will not for the life of me stay clipped. I've placed new clips in there and EVERY time it just pops back out. I popped out the clip of my drivers side fender flare and it doesn't even bulge out, what gives!

Something about this side. Doesn't seem right to me. I've confirmed that these Headlights are for the 05-11 Tacoma.
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated. If it doesn't even look that bad let me know too.

Did things line up OK before hitting the deer? Seems like a no-brainer to know that hitting that deer bent some things out of alignment just a bit. You'll have to try and readjust yourself or bring to a body shop for professional help if you can't do it and want it to line up perfectly.

I wish it was as simple as that. Nothing is bent out of shape at all. The deer took out old grill and headlights on my passenger side that’s it. Stuff just isn’t sitting flush in there not sure how that is

If nothing is bent or out of place, I’d be suspicious of the “aftermarket” headlight.

Remove everything and look to see if all the mounts for the headlights are perfect. If they are then loosely place everything in and see if you can massage the parts to align as you tighten them together. Zip ties help.

Both aftermarket pieces, grill and headlamps are causing the fitment issues. (The deer strike probably bent something that you are overlooking)

I had a similar situation ..after a fender bender..I had to pull the fender out bye HAND .around the headlight housing area to get it back to fit ... say F..K really loud as you pull bye HAND until you lose grip and smack your knuckles...should fix it ..

Aftermarket headlights and grill + a deer hit. I hate to say it, but your chances of getting anything to properly align would be hard enough with OEM parts and a deer hit. Throw in poorly made aftermarket parts and you have virtually no chance of anything aligning now. Sorry.

My best guess is it's the engine Apron is bend ever so slightly, I'm talking about the metal subframe that surrounds the engine and includes the wheel wells.

min 1:23 shows a more extreme case but you might have to do something similar with a tree and a come along.

    Good luck!

Don't listen to these guys ..you can bend it out and get it to work ... with what you got ... the bottom piece that the grill n headlights sits is probable bend ...torch that chit...n grab with plyers..and bend a little at a time ...if all else fails use ZIPTIES ...those grill fasteners will probably always break in my experience it I zipy...tie...mine.

Yeah on this stuff you have to take a very close look at all mounting points and tweak anything that is out of alignment. A big pair of channel locks or a big adjustable wrench give a necessary amount of leverage for some stuff.
