    Good morning :pccoffee:

Work for some reason has blocked TW. Bad enough they block all the gun sites now TW? On call this week so if I want to come here have to do it before I start that 4 letter word thing. I told them not to piss me off or I will retire. They are pushing it....

6 heat strokes and passed out at least 20 times of heat exhaustion. Mainly from being in the steam plants in some damn sandbox I had no idea there were so many water supplements available today. I just choke down as much water as I can which is never enough. AC has been on at least a month mine is at 67. Not a fan of sweating unless I'm, erh never mind. Picked up a couple zukes last night at the grocery store for the new grill. Score them add oil, salt and garlic then cover with mozzarella and fresh ground parmesan cheese.

New grill because after only 10 years wore out my Weber Genesis they don't make them like they used to. Went with a Canadian made Napoleon with lifetime warranty. Unfortunately lifetime doesn't mean what it once did to me.

For electrolytes this is good stuff too. Used it for years and when we were MTB racing. You add it to whatever you are drinking so you are not stuck with some weird flavored drink. We even added it to chocolate milk as a recovery drink after a long bike ride. Found out about it because my neighbor gave us a sample and he happens to be the company owner.
