no codes but lights are on? this is wrong. You need to go to a properly equipped mechanic that has a scan tool that can read the codes, clear the soft codes that may have popped up during the (what sounds like) very sloppy install process, see what the hard codes are or what hard codes are stored and go from there. That level of scanner will be able to do a true 0 point calibration, dealers charge out the behind for this function and the shop that popped the codes should be held liable for this correction.

If youve paid for the install and paid separately for the alignment to be done outside of the installation shop, youre likely going to be out of luck on the liability case against the shop as you drove it "unfinished" and had other hands touch the vehicle before the install shop "completed" the work. The liability has been scuffed in this case and you need to get the hard codes to confirm nothing is damaged (sensors, wires..etc), clear the soft codes so the truck doesnt have the christmas tree on the dash and then go from there fixing the hard codes as necessary.

Sounds to me like this shop is giving you the brush off and they talk the talk but have their heads up their asses, with an ivestment like you just made on your new truck , id really be concerned looking at the shop doing the work, then to go back to dealer and they do a go over on things and let you leave with warning lights on , hmmm. Start taking a day off to get the full job done the way you expect it

Not totally familiar with the 24’s systems but you need to go somewhere that has ADAS calibration capability to rule that out.
The dealer should know what is needed.
You want to play, you have to pay.

Doesn't sound like the shop broke anything. It's just all the safety sensor equipment stuff that needs to be recalibrated since the truck is now sitting higher.

I don't understand why it would cost $869 for a dealer to do this, but I guess they charge whatever they want.

Hard to say who should be responsible for paying that (the install shop or you), but unless you got something in writing I'd say it falls on you. The shop should know about sensor recalibration and alignments if they do regular lift installs.

Why not just leave it at the dealer, pay the $869 and be done with it?
