I also had the driver side roof drip molding cluelessly disappeared. Bought one from the dealer and installed it without enigma.
If my memory serves me right, I needed to clean the channel really good, and wiped the area for double sided tape adhesion with alcohol, then line up the clips, tucked the rear end of the molding under the rear window rubber trim, peeled the tapes and press it down.
Those clips might need to be replaced if they were damaged or worn out.
    Good luck with your installation.

    Clips were never fun.
People never understood why I needed the truck overnight sometimes just for a moulding.
I used a dollop of silicone sealant or weatherstrip adhesive every 6”.

Good morning. Happy Weekend. Yesterday was productive. Trimmed back the two boxwoods in the back yard by 7:15 am, glad I did the heat was crazy yesterday. Got the retractable awning up and operational. Did a deep clean on the pellet grill. Then off to an open mic night event for my son.

Good morning and happy weekend all!
Back from a SOAKING week in south Florida. Some areas had over 20" of rain. It was torrential at times. Visited a flour mill on Wednesday and had to wear a slicker to get between buildings.
The GOOD thing about driving in heavy rains is ... separates the amateurs quickly. People drive a lot friendlier.

I also noted a lack of rubber ducks. Maybe that was it.
