nope. no one consults bean counters for fun enjoyable things. if i'm thinking of money while doing something to a vehicle, it's not what i really want to do anyways.

Skids (just engine/transmission/cat-guards), tailgate lock, seat covers (I hike in AZ during the summer) ... all "practical".

I pay when I need to, not just because I like a poverty-ridden retirement.

That's the only "mod" I have. And I use it.

Should’ve just bought a TRX for $67k and been ahead by $35k with not buying a Tacoma.

True statement. I didn’t anticipate the price to skyrocket between when I sold mine and when I was wanting to buy a replacement. It didn’t help that the below MSRP dealers were cut off by Ram stopping custom orders and going to only allocations.

nah I’m good on a trx I have 2 buddies with trx’s and both have been at the dealerships getting fixed way too much before they have even hit 40k I’ve got 175,000 and never had an issue other than a leaking rear diff gasket which got fixed at 2,000 mile and has been good since.
