I have a 2019 Off Road that pretty much sits in the garage and not used much.

    17,500 miles.

Better than new without a scratch and always garaged.

Never thought of selling since I like the truck, but just don't use it since I have other vehicles.

Just had a dealer offer me $36k.

What is the approximate value in the San Francisco Bay Area for a private party sale?

I guess I have lost touch with values. 1.jpg

Start with KBB.com for private party sale and go from there.

Just did and I guess the trade in value is around $36k.

I guess I have not been paying attention.

I paid around $39k five years ago so not bad, but if I done sell I better get it out more often.

It's worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it.

To get a good comparison, ask Carmax and some of the other similar companies what they would give you for it. They will give you a price for free with no obligation to sell it to them.

Return the truck as close to stock as possible and sell the add ons separately

with todays market, its worth what someone will pay. Give it 6 months if you can, let the lots flood with the 24+s and when people want your model for the lack of electronics, "fair market" will be the same or higher than it is now

    +1 for above

    * You need to be visiting Yosemite, the Sierra Nevada mountains, Lake Tahoe ski resorts, Napa valley wine country, Death Valley, the central coast and Pacific Coast Highway 1, and all the other absolute natural wonders of California more in that truck!!!!!!!!!

    * If you decide to cash out, use KBB. There is not a better app that can give you a reliable, accurate fair market value.

    * It is worth more without the camper shell on a sale to a dealership or CarMax. You will get $36K either way. CarMax is paying dealership trade in prices on trucks like yours - so you might as yank it off and get a couple hundred bucks for it on the side. BEER MONEY!

    * It is a good thing you have an enclosed garage, because otherwise that'd be stolen and long gone by now in San Francisco. Call me sarcastic, but that is the cold harsh truth.

    CHEERS!

check cargurus.com and enter your zip code. Sort by mileage and Off Road trim and that will give you an idea what others are asking in the Bay Area. You have a camper shell so you can probably tack on a grand vs one with no shell.
