I’m looking to get some 285s, what tires did you go with, and how is the road noise compared to stock tires?

 

285/70/17 Falken Rubitrek A/T....road noise is same as stock tires (basically none). I have OEM mud flaps....no rubbing whatsoever...zero mods to the suspension. MPG may have went down by 1 MPG, if any at all...I get about 25.5 on the highway (65 MPH). I often use sport mode and while doing 40-55 MPH on back country roads, it still gets 23.5. Pretty impressive...

Like the look, it's identical to mine. I also have the 285s tires on mine although they rubbed at full lock until I put the fender flairs on, no rub now. I am waiting for Weather Tech to come out with a bug guard. Love the truck, and still learning the in dash computer.
