I have for years always run brand new takeoffs tire and rims. have been through four sets of front brake rotors in last three years. After a few months warping and vibration. I have replaced rotors calipers pads etc at different times. This last time a couple of months ago I replaced everything at once with adaptive one rotors new calipers and pads. Someone suggested to replace my lines at the calipers so I did both sides. One month later shaking already!!!
I took a temp probe to both rotors when I got home from an hour drive not using much brakes and the left (drivers side) was around 30to 40 degrees hotter (180 compared to around 140 on passengers side).
My mechanic cannot figure it out! What can be causing this?

Has the mechanic been doing all this work? Or you?

Do you bed the new pads/rotors when you make a change?

Do you constantly ride the brakes? You mention time, but not mileage.

Based on temps, one side is very likely dragging. Assuming the calipers are remans (not actually new) it's likely at least one is bad.

Very strange, brakes are pretty straightforward. I would think if you’ve changed out your rotors and pads multiple times with similar results you definitely have other issues going on, just curious if you used different brands of pads and rotors each time?

How many miles and what on earth are you hauling???

WHAT DO THE OLD PADS LOOK LIKE? is the inner or outer pad more worn that the other?

without further detail, I would guess that a piston is stuck.

or somehow one caliper is getting more pressure than the other. has the fluid been fully bled?

    post some pictures

youre in the Carolinas or is that just your profiles location? Do you tow or haul additional weight? Frequent the beach often? Drive with 2 feet (one on the gas, one on the brake)? Pics of the "warping" or heat spots and the old pads would help. A stuck caliper would show signs of one caliper getting hot and one side of the pads being overly worn. Also as mentioned, mileage helps whereas time is relative. I can have my truck be 1 year old but if i commute far and take weekend trips that could equate to 40k miles. Timeframe youve mentioned is too frequent for brakes so as mentioned, we suspect something is sticking/ceased.

However youre stating you replaced the fronts (both) multiple times, but stated the drivers side is getting overly hot? Are you replacing both for preventative service or are both being compromised? I find it hard to believe BOTH fronts are compromised after being replaced multiple times. Have you flushed the brake fluid/lines yet?

I am curious of this as well. Which brand pads, and which brand rotors? Determining the quality of said parts will help.

I'll tell you a story about my 09...truck had about 130k on it the first time i changed front pads.(Never had any brake vibrations before then)I was at work doing a rotation and seen the front pads was low.So it was on a saturday evening and toyota didnt have the pads in stock ,so i put some Autozone junk pads on it(I know that was wrong)...but i figured they would last for awhile. So within 600 miles I started getting a vibration, and progressively gets worse to the point it would shake your Eye Teeth out..so i went and got some OEM pads, and i thought the rotors are warped, but after checking them with a dial indicator they wasnt...put the new pads on without turning the rotors and hasn't vibrated at all since.Truck has 171k now

    I do not haul anything…..
I definitely don’t ride the brakes.
    Average about 400 miles weekly
Have put new rotors on three times. New calipers a year ago.
And now this time I replaced EVERYTHING. New pads (ceramic) from Napa -their top ones. Adaptive One rotors and calipers(Napas best ones) and new lines (the rubber section to the calipers). Done by a mechanic at Toyota. He bled them properly. One month later now I have a vibration starting. As mentioned left side is hotter but can’t figure out what would be making it drag with everything brand new. And again this has been going on for a few years (four sets of rotors in last two years or so ).

Sounds like this is more complicated than just brake parts...

someone above suggested to check your wheel bearings.

get the truck frame up on jacks. try and juggle the wheel by holding the top and bottom of the tire.
try to pull/push the tire from the top and bottom of it. (not sided to side as this will just turn the steering)

there should be Zero play in the wheel bearing.
