I think maybe your connectors to MAF or throttle body are not seatin g right. Maybe try electric cleaner and spray on the connectors. They could be dirty

Any luck on this? Having the same issue. For me I think I need to replace the wiring harness in the MAFS.

I have the same issue. My MAF was reading below spec on the scan too so I cleaned the intake and sensor. Did work. Replaced the sensor and still have a code. The new sensor reads a little closer to spec but still under spec.

Do you have an aftermarket intake?

What is your MAF reading at hot idle? Should be right around 4 grams per second (g/s).

It is 3.8-4.5. It's about 11 at 2000 rpm when it should be over 13 and that with the new MAF. The old was read 10

I can grab a "known good" 2k RPM reading off mine in a bit but readings off idle aren't all that useful as they can vary greatly and there isn't really a specified "good value".

The 2 best tests for MAF sensor accuracy is the idle reading and then what's known as a VE test.

The VE test is basically a WOT pull through 1st gear while recording Peak MAF, Peak RPM, IAT, and Barometric pressure then entering them in the calculator below.

The VE test is a driving test.
    Another calculator with instructions.

    Mine is reading 3.8-4 g/s @ 700RPM ac off and about 11 @ 2000 RPM.

Everything looks good still have a code with no engine light. Truck runs mint still hesitates on hard take off. No lack of power no problem shifting or Hwy driving.
