I am trying to figure out what that valve/baffle that is controlled by vacuum is for? All I can find from toyota in ref to the vac lines is cruise control.

    Cruise control?

Never Mind I figured it out. Its part of the air flow control that the single vvti 1gr's use. its a way for the curves to be smooth and gradual during WOT.
