This is a huge disappointment. What you are offering us is a phone tree that you already have setup and no one on here wants to use. All you are saying is you don't care to monitor this forum anymore. That's fine, just stop monitoring it and fade into history. Blasting out you're leaving just reminds me of all those quitting facebook meme's.



It was nice to have your company, a trusted Vendor contact, available on the site. I always appreciated seeing you guys chime in on tires or answering when someone tagged you with @Discount Tire . I'll still be buying tires from you guys, as I've done locally for about 2 decades. But I guess it'll be no use tagging you folks anymore.

This kind of reminds me about websites and services that say 'use our online chat for support' and then you use them and it says.. "oh we can't do that over chat, we can only do that over the phone".

@Discount Tire what is the average wait time to get to talk to someone? How many departments do you have so we know an avg of how many times we may get transferred?

Just my opinion, i am not a big fan of talking on the phone for support unless it is absolutely awesome support where they don't transfer you and they get to your problem right away without long waits. I hope that is the step @Discount Tire is going towards if that is the move they are making.
