Tire damage

Does this need to repaired? I went to Les Schwab and they did the soap test. They said i was fine. It’s currently not leaking and the PSI is fine.
There was a sharp piece of gravel stuck in my tire past the tread. I’m just in the long run. I’m guessing that they will lose pressure slowly rather than blowing out if there is an issue. I’ve had gravel give me flats in the past from Les schwab but they were cheaper tires (Terra max HT). I currently have the open range mazama LT tires. Rated for 80PSI towing.

 

If it isn't leaking, you're fine (the gravel did not breach the inner lining of the tire). The steel belts are what stopped it.
