Wondering where to get factory catalytic converters (just the cats) or something just as good for a 2007 Tacoma 4.0?

Would like not to be outrageous dealerships prices but I only need the rear 2. They will be welded in an aftermarket stainless y-pipe. Stainless cats would be perfect but don't know much what cats would be best.
I could buy a new aftermarket y-pipe that has the cats already built into them, but I hear they are usually cheaper cats that don't last.
Please point me me in the right direction.

Are any of them from Rockauto good to last as long as factory?

Just curious as to what you ended up doing?
My truck isn't throwing any codes but my interior floorboards and trans tunnel is getting hot as hell, to the point of making my floor mats sweat.

    What were your indicators?

Basics. Tires, painted headlighes, UHLM, baby winch in the bed, and heated mirrors :)
Half-awake and spitballing here, but have you tried running a stiff dose of Techron or other fuel system cleaner through? Overheating cats are caused by either overly rich or overly lean mixtures. Both of which can be caused by crud in your injection system, either not injecting enough fuel or gumming up the spray pattern enough to where it's not atomizing and burning completely in the cylinder(s), leaving excessive amounts of fuel to burn up in the cats.

It could also be bad plugs or weak coilpacks allowing an incomplete burn. Not bad enough to cause a readable misfire (yet) but on its way there.

Or bad O2 sensor(s) reading/reporting bad ratios to the ECU. So the computer thinks all is well while running very rich or very lean.

Last but not least, are the heat shields in place over the cats? Mine rotted away a while back and removed themselves before I could get around to doing it

My heat shields are in good working condition. I often alternate between mid grade and low grade fuels. I drive to work once a month for 2 weeks at a time, I use Loves truck stops for that 920 mile round trip, 6 fill ups (half tanks.)

Truck has roughly 125k miles, no fuel additives or cleaners ran through it. Plugs are changed regularly, new plugs @ 110k miles. Original injectors and coils.

Recently had a YotaWerx tune installed last month, 5 months prior to that I installed the URD -3° exhaust retard gears and an intake spacer .50", changed PCV valve all around 118k miles.

No codes, or odor from the exhaust, no new sounds or vibrations. Exhaust is normal in color.
Only things I've noticed is some black discharge on my rear quarter panel. A possible reduction in throttle response or lack of power at take off.

I was looking into running some cat cleaner, after I check the exhaust temp before and after the cat to potentially see if it is working, however I don't have much faith in this test. Pricing O2 censors and all 4 cats, or some variation of this.
