Any MLB fans here???

If I had an answer I could prolly make millions as a traveling team shrink but you have to figure individual players are gonna have funks no matter what the sport. How an entire team catches it simultaneously? Last 2 weeks with KC have been painful to watch. Looking like last year's team.

HOPEFULLY, after giving away another game today looking like a San Diego sweep but coming back with a 3 run walkoff, maybe they'll get back to playing baseball again before Cleveland on Tue. It's time to man up or shut up! Pretenders or Contenders?

Well, that would help, but we have beaten plenty of good teams so far too. Just sucked the last 2 weeks. Can't hit, catch, pitch, or run the bases. How does that happen?

I dislike those games on Apple+ (or NHL on ESPN+). I think we pay something like an extra $25/month for the local sports channel that carries the MLB and NHL games for my local teams. I won't pay anymore for one or two games per year.

 

Friday Night Baseball populated on the Home Menu...did not mention anything about additional cost.

This is the first I noticed MLB on AppleTV+ populating on the home page.

I remember when prices were first set at $3.99 when streaming was not as popular as it is now.

Current charges for AppleTV+ is $9.99/month.

I'm a Prime Member too (pay annual dues) and pay additional for HBOMax.

It looks like the monthly charge for HBOMax fluctuates...probably based on how much we spend on Amazon.

At some point, these luxuries will be cancelled.

There is free tv available that is very limited and that's probably what I'll migrate too.

But I imagine at some point, free tv will not be free.

Just checked score: 11-2 Dodgers in the bottom of the 9th!

 

As I’m going to bed, I saw some highlights of the game… Grand Slam!

Judge got his second HR in the bottom of the 9th.

 

Welp, Dodgers took 2 out of 3 from the Yankees.

I'm glad I was able to watch one full game and a half game this weekend.

 

Well, 5-7 against 4 number ones. Gave away 3 games. Should have been 8-4 . . . but it wasn't.

I don't think KC are pretenders but just not quite contenders yet.

You can NOT make mistakes against these upper echelon teams. You do? You lose.

Walks, hit batters, wild pitches, fielding errors, throwing errors, thigh high meat balls . . . almost all led to runs.

Ask me in a couple of months . . .
