I'll bet that bulb end on the handle once contained a compass. There may even be treasures inside the handle if it will unscrew

 

Reserve the duct tape for evidence, there might be fingerprints in the tape.

Oh man! It totally is a compass! And it does unscrew, but I don't have the grip strength to get it open.

 

Yup, prob a kids toy.

 

A lot of times they had some matches and fishing line/hook in there

 

If you put the knife in a vise and get some channel locks put some heavy cardboard or leather on it and try to open it. Prob just rusty

 

Rambo knife matches and sutures and stuff. Like an arrow.

 

Alright shop crew I are an electrician. Replaced 1 single-receptacle with double receptacle . Ran a line down from the light to a new receptacle . Re-oriented outside receptacle for BIL's motorhome. I didn't electrocute myself or burn down the shop .
