I am currently in the process of swapping everything from my 05 to my 2012.
I finished up rebuilding everything shocks, uniballs ,bushings cvs tie rods etc and while swapping the front suspension .
consisting of total chaos ucas and stock length total chaos lcas king 2.5s. I am running stock rims snd new 265 75 16 bfg k02s.
I took it to a trusted alignment shop but
I am now badly rubbing both rim and tire at full lock on the passsenger lca. It rubs badly enough where it will quickly pop the tire if driven.
The other side has some clearance 1/2" and the passeger tie rod has more threads showing. Im assuming i will need new offset wheels or spacers to make this work. Ive
My main question is that since its so stuffed on just the one side is the alignment contributing to this problem.
Is jumping to spacers the right call?
    Thanks Aaron

Are you gussets the same on both sides? Seems with more threads on one side compared to the other there is something offf.
