is this a chain company? Or just something some shops do? I had a ratchet on my rear bumper and opened my tailgate and the ratchet put a nice dent in the tailgate.

PDR stands for paintless dent repair. It is not a company, it is a process. You would have to ask/call around and find out who does it in your area.

Scott, the guy I use is Doug, owner of Docs auto sales on dalton ave. He does phenomenal work. Haddad collision center on west housy quoted me 250.00 to fix two dents. Doug did them both for 100.00. He fixed both dents 100%. Edit:sorry, i confused you with drfunker. He lives in my town.

I bet the tailgate is real easy to fix, as you can get behind the dent very easily.

I'm also from the Pittsfield area, so good to know. Truck is dent free so far with one tiny exception that doesn't bother me because it's in a spot where I never notice it.

Docs is a great place. They have been taking care of my moms vehicle needs for years and years. They truly care about the customer. I wanted to get my tacoma from them, but they just couldn't find one at their auctions. Docs rarely even gets tacomas because they hold their value so well, they practically have to pay full price at auction and theres no money left to be made on them. Now I wont mention any names, but the owners of the used car place in dalton have been caught peeing on( not a typo) and scratching other dealers cars on security video. It was actually on americas most stupid criminals. So I would Not recommend doing any business over there. I cringe everytime I see a car with their name plate on it.

I'm originally from Hawaii (Oahu). I only visit family these days, but I'm sure PDR guys have a field day there. All the cars get dents in the corners of the rear bumpers/bumper covers because parking spaces are REALLY tight on Oahu, so everybody hits everything/everybody else when they back out of parking spaces.
