I'd print on it's back to preserve the look and deal with the supports. They aren't too bad to peel off. There should be a setting to change the support "gap" so they are easier to remove.

I second @Deathbysnusnu and would print it on its back. Sure, the back surface won’t be smooth and look as good but it will be behind the switch panel and not visible anyway. The dimensions for the switch openings will be more accurate as well.

I would agree with everyone and print it on its back.

I would also open it up in Cura, lower the density of the support face and enable conical support. That helps break it free a bit easier. That's not required, but that's just what I would do.

There are things I like to do in the creality slicer, but I almost always send the file to Cura for actual slicing. It has a lot of options that other slicers don't. But I'm over here needlessly spewing my preferences on things. :cookiemonster:

@2one8 Post your settings when you get a good print. I'm going to try to print the same thing soon.

Printing panels is tricky.. at least for me :)

Simple, but practical. I made these clamps to mount a set of string lights on our patio cover. The clamps were designed with tight clearances so they will snap onto the string lights cable and hold the #6 by 1 inch sheet metal screws used for mounting. This allows me to hole the clamp in place with one hand while using a driver to run the screws down. If I have to let go of the clamp, nothing falls and I don’t have to rely on a magnetic bit to hold the screws. The cord is held tight enough to keep the lights from sagging.

They are multi color as i wanted to use up left over filament. Link: Pegboard 2-drawer parts bin by Nerd Alert 3D Labs | Download free STL model | Printables.com

Found them all on Printables and then edited as needed.

Wrench (spanner) holder: Wrench (spanner) holder, pegboard mount by Asa | Download free STL model | Printables.com
Drill Bit Holder: Biltema Pegboard Drill Bit Holder by ippe | Download free STL model | Printables.com
I adjusted the size of the tape holder and changed the numbers of the wrench holder in Slicer. The pegs that come with the storage box has become my go to peg for anything else i've made. Still a rookie at it all so some widening of the holes via a drill is needed at times.

Testing an overhead panel replacement in anticipation of a front locker.

This was with clear PLA just to test the size.. and I'll try later with black PETG.

    I have a Ender 3 KE with Creality Print, and used Overture black PETG. I used the built in CR PETG profile and then made these changes;

    .20mm layer height
    20% infill
    50mm/s speed
    240c temp
    60c build plate temp
fan off except for overhangs and bridges
    6mm retraction distance
    40mm/s retraction speed
    standard zigzag supports, 15% density

I got really thin spiderweb like strings which were easy to clean away and didn't cause any issues. Everything else printed pretty good. Support surfaces cleaned up decent enough.

I wanted to have the bed texture on the faces, so I ended up splitting the panel in Fusion. The switch holes are a tad deeper so the switches do set in a little compared to the OEM panel, but all function fine. Turned out ok and fit snug. If I ever have to remove it, it will likely break where it's glued, but thats ok.

That's pretty cool. Did you come up with that or find it? I just set up my S1 plus and want to get a sonic pad.

I had an unused light bulb security camera that I set up. It has night vision and records in 2k.

If I want to print some silk pla at .16 layer height, is it advisable to swap to a .2 nozzle?

You will be fine with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.16mm layer height.
