So I got a 2012 Taco 2.7 liter. I'm having a problem with the trac off and CEL light coming on. It's been something that would happen every 6 months ,now it's 3 times in the last week. I would just disconnect the battery ,clear the code and go.
I saw where there was a bulletin in 2018 but I never received it for a similar issue.
    Any ideas?

The Trac Off light will almost always come on with a Check Engine Light.

Can't really give any further advice without knowing what code(s) it's setting.

Mileage and any other work that has been done would be useful to know as well.

I'm right at 190,000 miles ,no major work. I'll bump this thread when I get the code. Thanks
