So I have been dealing with some issues starting back like 1.5 years ago. I replaced both a/f sensors and both o2 sensors ((A/F Sensors NTK Part#24661 and NTK Part#24594 o2 sensors) and then I started dealing with the above listed codes.

From there I did the following work

    -Replaced all vacuum hoses
-Replaced Fuel cap with facotry toyota cap
    -Replaced Vacuum swithing valve
    -Cleaned MAF sensor

I am guessing I need to check voltages and fuel trims on my scan tool, just have never done that. Question I have, even though the NTK sensors are spec'ed on trucks from Mexico, should I swap them for Denso sensors?

Thanks for any and all input. I'll try to check fuel trims and voltages and report on those.

Well, I didn’t realize this but I also have permanent codes p0441, p0455, p0456, and p2241. Attached is some of my live data such as fuel trims and voltages. IMG_4325.jpg IMG_4325.jpg

Are these codes on your 2014 or 2001 Tacoma?

Did you replace the sensors due to the codes? Were they replaced with Toyota parts or an aftermarket brand? I've run into lots of problems by replacing sensors in Toyotas with cheaper non-Toyota parts.
