I plan on replacing the front door speakers and adding sound deadening too. As much material is added to door, and I know door is closed most of the time, I wonder if anyone has ever had issues with the weight of the door causing problems with the hinge? I've got a box of Siless and that stuff is heavy. Peace and Love.

You need to check the pressure on “cold” tires. Not driven for hours (ideally overnight) so the tires aren’t warm. Then the recommended pressure is a function of your tire type and size. LT tires need more air to support the same weight….seems a bit counterintuitive, but true.

    Enough for now
PSI depends on the type and size of tire really, you’re gonna get a bunch of different answers unless the stock tires are what you’re asking about

    Yeah.
Intake looks good! I did the same but just use OEM filters.

If you are running stock tires, use what is on the door placard. If you change tires, here is a good resource for figuring out your starting pressure: Set when cold and at around 70F ambient temperature, out of the sun. If it's significantly colder out, you can drop a psi or 2. Significantly warmer, add one or 2. 36 psi is not terribly far off if the tires are warm.

Same intake as all the other models. But it comes with the TRD stainless exhaust.

On my previous truck (03 Frontier) I had a layer of dynamat extreme on the outer skin plus spray on dynamat in areas I couldn’t reach to lay mat, 2 layers of extreme on the inner skin and a product they had back then similar to dyna liner, and some spray on on the back of the plastic door panel. I had the truck almost 21 years with out any issue other than the door panel was harder to reinstall when I would remove it. Also I’ll add that when I removed the stereo equipment the dynamat was stuck on just as good as the day I installed it. Sadly my 20 year old Nissan was waayyy quieter than my new Tacoma. Yes I may have went overboard with the amount applied but I ran a car stereo store back then so I tended to go a little crazy sometimes.

Replaced stock Goodyear Wranglers with Hankook Dynapro AT2 Xtremes. Stock tires lasted 33k miles. Had Dynapro AT’s on my Tundra and liked them.

I run my Toyo AT3 LT's at 36psi all the way around. It'll rise to 39 warmed up/road trip.

Today I added a console safe so I can securely store stuff there when I have to leave it in the pickup.

I also replaced the media control switch so it is now oriented in the correct way.

I’ve never understood why Toyota decided to try and fix something that was not broken. Changing the direction of the media controls to the opposite of what is logical. There is a reason why it’s been done a certain way for decades. I’ve recently drove a 2024 Tundra and its media controls are oriented correctly. I’m just guessing, but I’m sure the new gen of tacomas have it now oriented properly.

Nice, I will have to do that to mine, why would they put the volume and skip keys that way? But I have the safe and I use it a lot. But funny story, I had this truck for nearly a year now and just found the usb port in my safe. I did not know it was there because it was already added to my tuck from the dealer.
