Back on here for the first time in a while now looking at another Toyota and getting info. Forgot about this being one of my favorite pages. I lost my dog in 2017 and didn't want to get another until last year and now she is 9 months. Very glad I waited and got this girl she is great

 

After playing on our walk this morning.

 

Been giving these to Mal lately for her teeth

They have worked great removing plaque on her back molers.

 

The special ones take time to get over. How much just depends when it’s “right”.

She’s a great looking pup.

 

My Daughter had to lay her 14 year old to rest yesterday. To say that She was a great Dog would be an understatement. She will be greatly missed by our family.

Mal won't even go outside today it's too hot she says. Had her out early running around a catching frisbee and laying in the pool but now NOPE IT'S TOO HOT DAD

I know exactly what you and she are going through, as many on this thread have experienced as well.

Your heart hurts so much you cant breathe sometimes.

Hang in there and try to keep in mind what a great girl she was.

 

For those of you with elevated dog beds (cots), is there a particular brand you go with our are they all pretty much the same? GSD needs a new nap spot.

I have had a few, and so far this is the best one I have tried. I have another one at home that has held up well, however my inlaws have the same one and at this point has been repaired more times than it is worth. This one has been great at home, and especially on the go since it collapses.

Took a while but we FINALLY tuckered this guy out.... For 5-ish minutes

 

We did the field thing this morning. Although it was relatively cool, we did not stay long. This ball is a giant pain for him to hold and more importantly give back without it rolling all over the place (well, I think he knows that ).

 

I have this one for Tessa. It's mainly indoors, but I do haul it outside occasionally. Sturdy and has minimal stretching in the fabric after two years. Cleans easily with some cleaner and the hose. We have a pillow on it and it's Tessa's favorite place to sleep or just keep an eye on us.

Edit: I can take it apart easily enough as well if we wanted to travel with it or toss the fabric in the wash.
