Ive had my Taco since new and have always hand washed/waxed. About 6 months ago I noticed slight clouding, I applied wax and didn't notice how bad it has gotten since then.

Opinions appreciated, as of now its only the roof, no other areas

I'm thinking of getting the roof vinyl wrapped

Find a good body shop. Repaint and then clear the roof.

I see this quite often about Toyotas paint issues. Maybe its time somebody on this website organizes everyone with paint issues to confront Toyota about this. I would sign a petition because my 17 Tacoma is already showing paint issues. It has 31000 miles and is not driven in the winter and garaged. Its also kept spotless and waxed regularly so there is no excuse as to why this is happening other than Toyota did something wrong during the paint process. My 13 Sienna, the paint is still perfect with 80000 miles of Ohio winters and sitting outside. None of my other cars over the years did this. I took it to the dealership and they said Toyota wouldn't fix mine because it was 2 months out of warranty but still under 30000 miles at the time. Maybe Tacoma World members should ban together and confront this.

I'd go for a wrap on the roof. You can't see it, at least not like other panels on the truck. Plus, you could find a cool graphic, perhaps. A topo map might look cool. I've seen that wrap on hoods before and liked it.
