I remember when snap, crackle, and pop were the sounds of my breakfast cereal not my knees and back.

just a couple of things tbh
ive had a blood work done, cat scan, ultra sound and a few other scan things done. never did a gi scope since it cost so much money.

my doctor just told oh you have issues with this? oh okay no more dairy! no more bread no more certain no more this and that... but here is the thing if i bake it my self and do it all at home then i dont have issues... store bought bread i get massive amounts of pain where its like gas we think? it will build up and put a lot of pressure on the left lower side of my rib cage. buuuut if i bake the bread at home i have no issues... fast food stuff i cant really eat the burgers and other meats without having issues so again i go to nicer places or i cook at home. dairy ive always had an issue with but in moderation im fine. my doctor really hasnt helped minus just saying dont have this or that and pay me...

so far what ive cut out and seems to be working
-store bought bread/pasta (only exception is pasta that is imported from other countries)
-most store bought meat (lunchmeat im okay with if its deli stuff) most meat i get from a family butcher and farm so we get a good deal on stuff. i can eat store -bought meat but it will mess with me a bit...
-no soda ( a sprite or rootbeer in a bluuuue moon but rare af)
-alcohol is gone (ill have like a frozen popsicle with some but only one and thats it super super rare thou)
    -candy and sugar is limited
-caffeine is a big issue so i cut it all out minus a tiny tiny bit of coffee in the morning that i brew and have less then a cup of it and then throw it out.
    - spice if its to hot... i like spicey stuff but it will effect me and again ill get more gas?

im sure im missing somethings here and there but ya it be what it be!

it seems my body doesnt know what to do with it and like pockets it or something?

That sounds like they were chasing celiac's. Did they test you for Hashimoto's? It can be misdiagnosed, but is treatable when they find it.

Could be a weird auto immune thing like what Jordan Peterson and his daughter deal with. They had to go full carnivore to address it.

Already 98 here and not even in the hot part of the day yet.

I'll be 57 in September and have a few aches and pains, but nothing that stops me. It does slow me down though. Biggest issue is foot pain from years of wearing shoes with poor arch support. Planter Fasciitis. That shit is real and hurts like hell. Most evenings I hobble around or just not move at all.
Fortunately, the pain is not there when riding.

28 soon to be 29? I think I have some t-shirts almost that old. Kids!

I'll be 62 in November but don't really look it or act it most of the time. I will say some mornings I certainly feel it though. I screwed up my left knee in a rock climbing accident when I was 15. Tore up a bunch of stuff but didn't have surgery until around age 22. Hernia repair at age 40 when I also finally got my wisdom teeth out. Oh, I hit a deer with my Buell on the way home from my doctor the night the hernia was diagnosed so there's that too. Did something to my lower back in my early 40's that's plagued me ever since. Was told I pulled a muscle but I call BS as it's bothered me ever since. X-ray showed arthritis in my lower back and both hips so damp and cold are not my friends. Had one bout of plantar fasciitis that cleared up but was a painful couple of months. Broke my right wrist once back in 1995 and that's the only broken bone in my life. All things considered I count myself pretty lucky. I did some fairly stupid shit when I was young and I'm still here and riding so I view that as a plus.

Now I go the gym almost daily. Walking every day, weight training 2-3 times per week. I watch my diet more now than in the past and alcohol use is far less than when I was younger. Take care of yourself now as it gets much harder later on in life.

yuuup the 27th ill be 29 haha i get a lot of jokes from the gf teasing me atm.
(she is younger then me by a bit lol)

for me most of my injuries are on my left side for some damn reason haha. my left knee i ripped it out of socket and had the knee cap half way down my leg from a airline connected to a cnc machine door that cought my leg shwoops was on workcomp for months on that one! should have had surgery but early 20s me was terrified of it and said hell no lol damaged a lot of the internals and still have issues with it now. from the same incident since my work was a cheap ass i got no crutches and had to limp around the shop floor so i destroyed my arch on my right foot from putting all my weight on it for about 4-5months. i slammed onto a rock on my left shoulder when riding an atv and jammed it in a odd way but never went to a doc because i was 15 and didnt want my new to me atv taken away lol. did the same thing but worse by flipping off the same atv onto a rocky cliff surface and jammed my right shoulder way worse so now it clicks and pops and likes to just kinda come out of socket it feels like? who knows again didnt go to a doc lol but if i rotate my arm around it sounds very umm crunchy... left collar bone i broke when i had my moto accident had my helmet hit it when i rolled and snapped it.... they wanted to put a plate in but since it was a clean break said nah it should be fine.... welll while i was healing i got tripped by my past dog and fell onto my bean bag so now i got a bump since it got knocked out of place and boy i tell you i never want to break another collar bone! same accident i shattered my wrist and was rewarded a plate and 8 screws holding it together! and had to finally have a surgery haha broke it in like 3-4 places? and destroyed the main join that moves the wrist. to this day i cant bend it properly but i be here! uhhh next one is the most recent i hit the boulder in co on a trail on the dirtbike... didnt go to a doc but i prob should have since now my left elbow is crunch and has some nerve issues buuuut its fiiine i shoved some glue in the cut and it healed!

many other injuries that i dont remember since reasons lol i got scars all over to prove em plus shaky memories from it haha but i be here!

here soon me and the gf will be going to the gym together to try and work out and get some muscle to us again but i gotta be careful... to much weight and my wrist feels like it wants to come apart so great times!

Yeah, most people don't. I have a friend who thought she couldn't have gluten because it was misdiagnosed for years. Finally got it figured and she is doing so much better now.

Carnivore is pretty tasty. Also, if you go carnivore for 90 days it's a great exclusion diet. Then you add one thing (not dish, ingredient!) back in to see if it gives you fits. For example, you add your favorite veggie back in for a couple months and see if it effects you up.

The rear brake line from partzilla is on back order with no eta so I cancelled the order. I placed an order for new braided front and rear lines.

No, carnivore is not the same as keto. Keto is no/low carbs. Carnivore is nothing but meat. No veggies at all, and it's high fat for energy. To my knowledge no one has every been harmed by carnivore when done properly. Inuit people lived on it for generations with no I'll effects.

Carnivore is zero-carb meat/animal products only, keto is low carb (50g or less/day)

both can be done well, but have to be done properly or you risk either ruining your body, or getting absolutely no benefit from it.

They are also both quite restricting and can be hard to adjust to.

I love the carnivore diet. Went off it a bit now since my teeth have been done but will go back on it soon.

Just got home from my first appointment at the dentist. He said the healing was perfect for the F1 procedure. Got a pic of my mouth with the teeth out. Next appointment is in two weeks for fitting of a new temp upper. Then 8 weeks from that I will get my final temp and wear that until I get my permanent set.

My ankle (the one I broke years ago) was really hurting bad during my track day. Left turns put more strain on my right leg and ankle and since the track is left focused it was really abusing my right side. I am going to ask my doctor about getting the plate and screws taken out of my ankle because it has really been bothering me.
