I don’t normally post a new thread asking for advice but here it is.

I’m trying to decide between 3 different similarly priced tires and feedback is appreciated. Going from 255/75/16 Cooper ST Maxx to a 285/75/16 (not worried about fit, should be fine or can make it fit). I do commute 0-2 days a week 70+ miles each way. So, 140 up to about 250 miles in a trip.

Mickey Thompson Baja Legend Exp, E rated, 56 lbs, 50k mile warranty, 970 with tire replacement(free), then 100 rebate, plus instal, so 870 plus instal

Maxxis Razr AT 811, E rated, 58 lbs, 50k mile warranty and tire replacement 854, no tire replacement 758 plus install

Falken Wildpeak AT4/W, E rated, 62 lbs, 60k mile warranty, tire replacement 973 plus install
    (255/85/16 58 lbs)

All tires seem to have great reviews and pretty close in price right now to not make a difference.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Haven't had them long, but I really like the Wildpeaks so far. The 255/85/16 are C rated. On road they're very good dry or wet. Off road, aired down to 17 psi, they were very compliant and gave very good traction.

One of the guys I wheel with has the Mickey Thompson ATs and has been very impressed with them. Not the same tire, but I've read others with Mickeys praising them too.

Don't know anything about the Maxxis.

I honestly don't think you could go wrong with any of these tires.

Thanks, that’s what I’ve been reading and the reason for this thread. I was checking out the 255/55 c Falkens as well, but think I wanted the wider look for a while.

For quicker reference here’s what they look like

    Updated with another tire option-
Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T which come in at 65lbs but 3 peak snow rating unlike the legend Exp. In MD so probably not going to drive in severe snow.

Which ones did you end up going with ?

I got some of the Razr ATs mentioned above in 285/70/17 recently. I like them so far

I chose the MT Baja Boss ATs in 285/75/16. So far they seem like great tires! Need more miles in them now that I know my alignment is good.

They are some great looking tires. Have a trip planned off-roading mid July, so I’ll know more after that.
