So I finished a 6” lift and want to reinforce the cam bolt locations. As well as the DB portion of this lift. Anyone on here have any experience with this? Is this some hairbrained idea that I came up with? Probably not…I hope. I would guess that if I eliminate the slots then the LCA’s can’t be adjusted. But I want to protect that part of the truck as I was advised to in a previous thread. I did end up welding a support between the front and rear DB and maybe fabing one up to give the crossmember that I hacked out some integrity back…

I wouldn't suggest eliminating the slots just for the reason you said. Torque the cam bolts to spec (135 ft-lbs IIRC), they shouldn't slip with all but maybe the very hardest impact (did you remove the paint/powdercoat in those areas before you tightened everything?)
There's also this bolt kit that should help keep things from slipping if you'd rather. The cam tabs on a drop bracket generally are more robust than the OE tabs, so you should only need the bolt kit (not the entire cam tab kit).

As for reinforcing that whole area, maybe take a look at these from Marlin Crawler... I'm not sure if they would fit well on a DB, but you should at least be able to grab some ideas from those.

Nice rig, BTW. Is that kit BDS or Rough Country? Or am I seeing parts from both on there?
