Intermittent microphone mute

I have a 2020 TRD Offroad and I've been having an intermittent problem with my phone calls. Once every 40 or so times I drive the truck the mic won't work during phone calls. The mic works fine to control hands free features, and I can dictate texts, but the calls are muted. I've triple checked and the mic mute button is not selected. I have two phones, an android for personal use, and an apple for work, and when the mic mutes it happens for all phones. I can switch between phones, plug them in via USB, and nothing fixes it. There's just silence for the person I talk to. The only fix is to restart the truck. Then it's fine and the mic works for all calls via both phones. It happens just infrequently enough that I can't find a pattern, but frequently enough that it bothers me. Has anyone experienced this?
