I just had my 05 Tacoma Repainted to a facsimile of its original color, 3P1-Impulse Red Pearl. The problem is when I try to replug the electrical (something like a blue detent), the incoming plug would not allow it to go in. Does anyone know what this is?

I found out what the problem is. The plug consists of its base and an outside jacket that when it is pulled, the jacket comes out allowing the blue/gray detent from reinserting the plug, I took a wood pick and moved the detent out of the way and was able to reinsert the plug. Problem solved. Thanks to those who looked into this problem.
