    MY '24 PRO CONSTANTLY SHIFTS BACK AND FORTH 80MPH ON CRUISE. IT'S NOT WANTING TO SHIFT OUT OF 4TH EVEN GOING DOWN HILL. TOYOYTA DEALER SAYS IT'S NORMAL. HELP.

    That fifth gear isn’t going to give you much of anything at those speeds. You’re fighting air resistance.

    Cruise control is essentially worthless on that truck, I had a 2013 for almost 10 years.

    WE OWN A 2009 FJ AND IT DOESN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM. BOTH HAVE 4.0 MOTOR AND VERY SIMILAR TQ & HP.
