Alpha Rex Help... DRLs work but no Low/High Beams

Hey guys. So I have the
16-23 Toyota Tacoma NOVA-Series LED Projector Headlights Alpha-Black headlights.

All of a sudden the DRLs work and everything just no low beams or high beams. Everything is plugged in and grounded. No clue what to even check right now... help?

 

I'd start with the fuses. If they are good I would try hooking the stock lights back up an see if they work.

 

Maybe one of your pins is bent . Check all the plugs

 

Pins are not bent. Fuses are fine. OEM headlights work great. Sadly Alpharex has been giving me the run around for an entire year now and won't let me bring them in to look at them, even though I'm 2 cities over. Ugh.
