IMG_0453.jpg IMG_0445.jpg IMG_0445.jpg Ok, not really between a rock but am looking for advice from the greater collective. I noticed the other day some rust forming on the driver’s side of the bed between the cab and the bed. Ordinarily, a bit of wire wheel, sanding, etc and touch-up spray (which I have) and I’ll be good. BUT, how would you suggest getting into this tight spot (see pics). Has anyone else faced this? I really don’t have the set-up to remove the bed. Thoughts?

I think they easiest way will be to unbolt the bed, and pull it back a foot or so to get to it.

That being said I think you will likely need an impact gun with a good impact socket to get the six bed bolts lose. They can be something of a pain.

Installed a Pop n Lock,,That's it !..Bone stock
You need to pull the bed up a bit to do an inspection. You don't know how deep the rust is...You need to get it all.
