    Mid cook note. The top rack burnt ends are getting more bark than the ones in a roasting pan. The roasting pan ones are elevated on a rack. Definitely cooking at different rates.

    SOB I highly recommend smoking some pork belly burnt ends. They are SO delicious. Takes approx 3-4 hours total.

    We have a good Asian grocery store near us, H-mart. I know I have sen it there. This looks amazing.

    If you have a Costco membership, they sell pork belly in strips that are perfect for PBBE. All you have to do is cut the strips into cubes. Their thick cut chops are also great on the smoker!

    No, I did:

    1. seasoned with pork rub
    2. smoked for about 3 hours
    3. glazed in famous daves bbq sauce, butter in the pan and drizzled in honey
    4. Smoked for about 1 more hour until 195-200

    I was in awe of the meat selection. Wagyu beef and all. Definitely will be back there. Also the butchers were more than willing to cut me a specific piece.

    Alright boys. 17.5lb beef brisket and 7lb pork butt on the smoker. Tomorrow morning throwing on some pork belly burnt ends. Doing it all for my friend's annual 4th of July party.

    Pork shoulder
    Put some Sweet baby rays on the bottom of pan and slathered honey on the shoulder for its wrap nap. In 3 hrs it’ll come out and mushed for pulled pork sammich’s.

    Don’t knock the crock pot. They make killer roasts. My wife makes a mean corned beef in hers. She also makes a chuck roast that falls apart in that thing. Throw in some veggies your good
