Im new to Tacoma world and Tacomas
Ive been driving around in old beaten up Nissan trucks for the past 15 years
My current truck has this misfirre issue with only 134k miles and I'm over it
There is a Black 24 TRD off-road 6 speed in transit to my local dealer
I reserved the truck and have first dibs (2 weeks out)
Its 47k out the door with title and registration
Options include heated seats, multimedia upgrade, sway bar disconnect, and mudguards
Exactly how id option the truck
In person these trucks look badass

Im concerned about the price, the new tech, and it being a first year model
I feel so conflicted about all the new cars and regulations that go with them
I Honestly think there all too complicated and over priced

Ive used the Nissan forums in the past and have learned a lot and talked to some nice people
I hoping to do the same here and if I do purchase this truck I'll be posting things If it feels necessary. Im excepting to have some issues, just hoping not like these cheep 2nd Gen frontiers I've been driving in

    Thanks to whoever reads this

    Welcome to TW

They are over priced for what you are actually getting. A mid-sized truck at more than / near Full-size price.

But $47k OTD is actually a pretty good deal compared to what other have had to pay.

Unless they get the price to 40k or less. I'll not be buying a Tacoma. I'll be going full size.
Truthfully, I don't plan to own a Tacoma when my current one quits running. But hopefully, that will be in 4-6 more years before I need to worry about that.

Ended up buying a 24 4Runner off-road premium. This Tacoma still hasn’t arrived. It’s been in transit for 60 days. Just for anyone who reads this. Thanks TW and I’ll still be reading up on people’s experiences with the 4th gen’s. ✌️
