PK3B6-35JS0 TAILGATE LOCK help

    Good day everyone
    I have a 23 Tacoma TRD OR 4X4 SB and I wanted to install a OEM tailgate lock, but when i went to the dealer they said it would not work because i have the TRD OR package. I've seen the videos on you tube but just wanted to know if anyone installed it on theirs with no issues.

    I found that the OEM kit worked fine on my 2021 even though dealer said it wouldn't.

    The pop and lock is cheap garbage in my experience.
    Cheaply made very noisy and failed quickly.

    I’ve had it on all of my trucks, including just added to my 22 OR. Just make sure you get the appropriate short or long bed version…
