NAV guys, for you guys running 7" screens that need to fold down a bit to allow CD access, do you have any problems with the bottom trim interfering with the face's operation? I plan on upgrading my nonJBL CD player with a NAV/CD/MP3 combo and have heard that the face plate may hit the trim. I don't mind doing the six inch one, but I would love to have 7" Alpine I have had my eye on.

Because I redrilled the factory metal brackets with my Metra it had to be tweaked to fit just right, so you can have issues but its not like you cant work around it.

I use an Alpine IVA-W203 (6.5" screen, large bezel - standard Double Din size), and it slides out at the bottom, and the top section slides down along the unit to open:

I have used the Metra with the factory brackets, and currently use the Scosche, and have had no problems with interference.
