Weird noise

So I installed 5100s on the max setting and recently my truck makes a weird almost thumping noise and feeling from the driver side wheel well that can only be heard from the driver seat(had my gf drive it around to prove I’m not hearing things) but the thing is it just tends to go away, and only happens under low speeds like when I’m parking and it doesn’t happen every-time so I can’t recreate it. But my truck drives perfectly on the back roads in the country. I’ve looked and everything seems tight and not sure about bringing it to a mechanic because it’s unpredictable sometimes. Does anyone have any experience with something like that.

I got my alignment just fine. After I installed it i had 2 different mechanic shops check it out and make sure I installed it fine.
