A/C heater blower issue

I have a 2015 Tacoma 4 cylinder engine auto transmission extended cab. The A/C and heat both work great. The blower works fine for about 20-30 minutes. Then the air stops blowing out the vents. I can tell the A/C or heat is still working and the blower motor sounds like it is still running. I can turn it off for about 10 minutes and air comes out of the vents again for another 20-30 minutes.

I have had it checked out. There are no leaks. The blower motor has been replaced twice. A new resistor was installed. No change. It acts like a computer chip gets hot and shuts down. It then works again when it cools off. I have not had any of the computers checked yet. Am I on the right track? Has anyone experienced this on a Toyota or specifically a Tacoma?

If it is a computer issue do I need to take it to a dealership? Thanks.

 

The controls on the dash have known to get hot and start to melt.
I'd pull the dash controls out and have a look.

Or you can diag it "correctly" and not guess.
