    Step 1. Don't own one
Step 2. Never step foot into the living room as it's for show only

I mean, that's my philosophy... :anonymous:

Thanks for the advice. I'm gonna sleep on it. Probably not gonna worry about getting rid of the chair.

    Funny…

I’ve been doing the drive for over 20 years years and am sure I noticed them before.

It’s about the ‘lens’ I was looking at them with. Might sound stupid but I was thinking what would it take for a helicopter with one of those branch cutters hanging from it to cut away all the branches. :anonymous:

Good morning everyone, take a few to let your mind wander where it will :hattip:

    We have 11 hens.

My wife cracked that 1st egg last night to make some bread and it was a double yoke.

Our homeowners and vehicle insurance is coming up for renewal. I sent my agent an email and ask him to get me some new quotes cause we were looking at changing (to light a fire under him). His first quote on auto insurance is $171 cheaper every 6 months than what we're currently paying.

I like the way this is headed, he's going to get me another one on home and auto next week.

Meanwhile State Farm for us has continually been the better value and coverage than the rest. o_O

We had them for a little while years ago, then they went up and we switched to somewhere cheaper.

We have Progressive for auto and Auto-Owners for home now, the cheaper quote for auto is with Auto-Owners.

My only concern is having a claim. I've heard horror stories of cheaper companies. Every one I've put in through SF has been super easy and no questions asked. I'll gladly pay a little more for that.

Our preacher got backed into a few weeks ago and it totaled his car, the guy who backed into him got a ticket and his insurance tried to not pay our preacher. He talked to a couple lawyers and yada yada had to threaten them with that. They finally paid.

It was State Farm trying not to pay him :D

The moral of my story, I don't like any of them but you got to have at least one :spending:
