    Hey everyone,

Checking to see if anyone with first hand experience can chime in here. 2nd Gen TRD OR running Dakar EL095 Leaf packs. Wheeler's Poly eyelet bushings are 6 years old now and making noise. I figured if I have to drop the pack to replace/regrease it would be easier to press in some new OEM bushings and then I won't have to worry about squeaking again in the future.

Can anyone confirm the OEM Toyota Eyelet bushings will fit and press in the Dakar pack like stock?

    Thanks.

I don't think the OEM bushings "press" in. They are rubber and actually moulded (poured?) into the eyelet. You have to literally cut and melt them out the change them. I don't think you can even buy just the bushings separately.

Take a close look at that leaf pack before you spend any money on fixing it. Dakar's tend to flatten or straight up go negative arch over time. I just pulled the exact same leafs off my truck and they were completely shot. Only had them for 5 years. There's no point putting new bushings in worn out leafs, just get new ones with new bushings.
