Thump in steering wheel of 3rd gen

    3 inch lift
    So I’ve checked everything suspension and lugs in the front of this truck I can’t figure it out but when I steer hard left or right there’s an occasional small thump in both directions that I can hear and feel in the wheel it also happens occasionally turning over terrain

    I had a Knock sound on mine on takeoff…didn’t do it all the time and I tightened everything on the suspension and body mounts…then someone on here told me to check the transmission mount..haven’t heard it since…

    It never happens when taking off or down shifting so I’m wondering if it’s the bushings on the bottoms of the struts
