How much trimming to fit 600s?

I found some tires I want on my 3rd gen. Can I just do a cab chop or do I need a body mount relocation too?

Can you post a better picture of the tire?

I'm not a tire expert, but the first number is usually a measurement of the tire width in millimeters. So, 600mm is 23.6 inches.. which seems wrong.

I actually saw these an on e350. They are used for snow in this case. I'm pretty sure they are using the stock e350 axles but I could be wrong. The poor stock Tacoma rack wouldn't make it 10ft in these but I can dream.
