Hey Everyone, I know this is a long shot, and its pretty impossible to diagnose something over the internet, but I was hoping for some help diagnosing some squeaking coming from my truck! I've got a 09' 4wd, just ticked over 200,000.

For the last couple years (I've been really bad), my truck has had this on-and off squeaking. As I drive down a somewhat rough road, it'll squeak and groan. When driving on smooth roads, it'll squeak whenever I turn the wheel. From this, I assume my issue could be one of 4 four things. First, the upper and lower ball joints. Second, the outer Tie Rod ends. Third, the inner Tie rod ends, and fourth, the cv axles

I replaced both the upper and lower ball joints with some mevotech regreasable ball joints (https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=11976633&cc=1442967&pt=10070&jsn=927) a a few years ago. I'll try throwing more grease in them, and they'll overflow out the zerk fitting. At the same time I replaced the CV axles.

I just replaced both outer tie rod ends. The next week the truck was silent, and I was kicking myself for taking so long. However, the squeak has come back.

Soo... does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about diagnosing? Should I assume the balljoints I got are actually junk and replace them? Is my Steering rack leaking and needs to be replaced? Below are some photos of the inner tie rod ends and the upper ball joints.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Hard to help diagnose without seeing a video or hearing audio but I would start with squirting a few pumps of grease into that UBJ. It looks dryer than a witches ... sense of humor, if you get what I'm putting down.

This may be way off base, but are you sure it's coming from the front?
To be sure, one quick, easy thing to try would be to hose down your leaf spring packs in the rear with something like WD-40. Hose them down good and make sure it wicks into the layers along their entire length. Don't be afraid to do it heavy enough that they are dripping.
Noises like this can be deceiving but I would start here.
Is it a rubber sounding squeak, or a more of a metal on metal squeak?
The hood latch on my old T-100 would squeak with the slightest bump. Putting a little grease on the actual catch/latch quieted it down. It was a bugger figuring this out but fortunately an easy fix.
Does it squeak when you turn the wheel if you aren't moving?
