Coffee now I've become quite the fan of hazy IPA's and I am a big fan of the Lost Coast Brewery Hazy. You can never go wring with a Black Butte Porter, we used to put a shot of vanilla vodka in those which kicked it up a notch.

Thought it was nasty 1st time. However. garage fridge has a bunch from my daughter and has really grown on me.

Busch Light Draft was my drink of choice 30 years ago.

 

When my daughter got married (We're Hispanic) to guy who's roots are Irish, His mother swore she new of a recipe mixing Jameson with Tequila as the drink to offer the guests at the wedding as a way of celebrating the joining of the two cultures.
My first impression was "damn, what the hell is this!" I figured since I was paying the bar tab and that maybe after a couple more drinks it would get better. Wedding was in Cabo Mexico. All I can remember is leaving the wedding on my own with my Tux Jacket on a hanger and somehow working my way back to our condo. Don't remember opening the door, getting undressed and hitting the sack.
No hangover the next morning...wasn't going to run any marathons but I was alive!

Sure. Potassium, himalyan salt, magnesium and just a touch of Aldi's version of crystal light for a light flavor. I think that is all, my wife makes a dry mix and throw it in a big tumbler with filtered water and ice and your good to go. She may have have also added MSM (inflammation prevention). Buy all the ingredients in bulk powder form. CHEAP!

Yeah...it really works! She buys MAGNESIUM MALATE...I think the Mag citrate is a laxative.
I'm getting older (61) live in florida and love to be outdoors working our land, beach, paddleboarding etc...but over the last 2 years I have been really susceptible to dehydration and almost had heat stroke a few times. Like serious enough that I was thinking I was gonna die. This stuff prevents it. And if by chance you forget to hydrate and start feeling bad stuff coming on...this will reverse it pretty quick. So much better than store bought sports drinks, imo. I carry little packets of it when I travel for work. First thing after coffee (I know, diuretic), and plenty of water the rest of the day.

Not noticed any more "going" with citrate, I think it the Mg that makes one "go" more. BUT your response caused me to read about the forms of Mg. I am trying this next:

I am 66 now and work out, yoga and play vigorous pickleball. My "e" drink really helps recovery time and on the court. No need to pay the big $ for tiny packets

 

Linganore Mango Sangria wine. Great for a summer day, especially cold. My wife contacted Linganore Winecellars customer service about three months ago and ordered several bottles. We are glad that we left some for such hot days.
