low beams not working, but high beams, turn signal and DRL all work

I’m not getting power to the relay from the fuse box. Tested the relay and it’s good. Tested the relay slot for the fuse box for the low beams and it has zero power to it.

There are 3 fuses that are good, but not getting power to them.
    HLP-RHLO 10 amp
    HLP-LHLO 10 amp
    BKLP 10 amp

    Anyone have any recommendations?
My next thought is unbolt the fuse box and see what’s attached underneath the Low beam relay slot.. does anyone know if the actual connector for the relay in the fuse box could be bad?

any help would be greatly appreciated. Below I’ll add a couple pics of the fuses that are good but not getting the power to them alone with the relay area

Have you checked the HL-P LO Fuse (15A)?

The blue 15 amp fuse is good.. it also lights up w power. The 3 circled fuses are good, but no power to those fuses. The relay area circled has no power to that either. Could it be that the wires underneath the fuse box for the low beam relay came lose?

The top 10 amp is for reverse, not related to low beam circuit. If you notice, the fuse(s) of the low beam are after the relay.
The 15A is on a buss bar from the battery that's why it has power.

Do you have power to Pins 2 and 5 of the H-LP LO Relay?

Remove the 15A fuse, with a DMM, check continuity from pin 2

Do same (continuity) from relay pin 3 to fuse(s) pin 1.

    “lights up with power”

if it’s one of those fuses that light up, then they light up when they are blown
Also will pass voltage but little to no amperage so things will test good with multimeter and still not work

My two cents, pull the fuses and check connectivity with an ohm meter. You may be getting voltage elsewhere

Be sure to check the wiring harness for rodent damage. Little *uckers chewed the harness on my truck right at the bulb!

Thanks for the responses guys. Much appreciated!!
So I took out the 15 amp fuse and it is good, the terminal for that 15 amp fuse is getting zero on the meter
The 3 10 amp fuses are all getting zero at the terminals, but the fuses don’t light up with test light. (Lights and power on) They do show zero on multimeter at the 3 10 amp terminals..
as for the relay terminal- zero power with the test light but it does read zero on multimeter.

Check the HL-P LO Fuse (15A) with a test light, it should have power at all times, if that's good then check pins 2 & 5 of the relay with a test light.

I tried no luck- no power at the relay terminal. Used plyers to get a spark and nothing. Test light shows no power. Fuse is good. See above

    thank you Sir

So you have power on both sides of the HL-P LO Fuse fuse but nothing at pins 2 & 5 of the relay?

I have power to the 15 amp blue fuse
There are 3 fuses that are good, but not getting power to them. All red fuses in picture.
    HLP-RHLO 10 amp
    HLP-LHLO 10 amp
    BKLP 10 amp
All 3 of these fuses read Zero on multimeter
The main relay insert doesn’t have power but that also reads zero on multimeter

This picture seems to show the Ohm meter on the wrong selected feature; it seems to be on "Diode" test, not voltage or Ohmage.
